This position will require strong customer service experience to effectively handle both inbound and outbound communications, while troubleshooting service-related issues.
The right candidate should be the ultimate problem solver and adaptable to any situation.
Responsibilities Successfully identify and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner, direct calls as needed and accurately take messages.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Interact with clients and vendors at multiple levels through phone and email communications.
Create, process and maintain changes in service.
Coordinate equipment deliveries and requests.
Requirements Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Highly organized with the ability to solve problems, organize systems, and establish procedures.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro and Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred; previous experience offering customer support.
Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
