13 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Account Invoice Specialist Bell Environmental is currently seeking an Account Invoice Specialist who will partner with our customers by auditing, processing, and reconciling invoices.
This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to developing long-term relationships with your assigned customer(s) and connecting with key business executives and vendors.
The Account Invoice Specialist will serve as a liaison between our customers and their vendors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet the customer's needs.
Responsibilities Review invoices to ensure that the proper vendor, date, invoice #, dollar amount and general ledger accounts match purchase orders or applicable documentation for submission.
Data entry of invoices in customer software and other various reports.
Research and reconcile discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders.
Support customers with inquiries regarding vendor invoices and payment.
Prepare or assist in preparing various financial reports and metrics based on customer requests.
Requirements Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Highly organized with the ability to solve problems, organize systems, and establish procedures.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro and Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BA/BS degree preferred, Accounting degree NOT necessary.
Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
